A Unique Bible College: Preparing Leaders in Israel
The goal of the Jerusalem Bible Institute is to train Jewish and Arab believers to serve effectively in their congregations and to impact Israeli society. Through theological education alongside hands-on ministry experience, students will be grounded in the Word of God and equipped to serve in the power of the Holy Spirit.
God is restoring the Jewish people to the land of Israel according to His prophetic Word. Alongside national restoration, God is drawing His people back to Himself through faith in Yeshua. God is calling forth a new generation of messianic believers to accomplish His kingdom purposes in Israel and the nations.
There is a need for a Spirit-filled Bible School that will equip the next generation of Israeli believers with the Word of God and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Jerusalem Bible Institute is being established to contribute to this vision.

Zvi Randelman offers a word from Jerusalem about the atrocities committed on Oct. 7th against Israel and the war in Gaza.

Biblical Beliefs & Values
Charismatic
We teach the importance of immersion in the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts to empower us to share the Good News of the Kingdom with signs and wonders. We embrace immersion in the Holy Spirit, all the gifts of the Spirit, and the ascension ministry gifts of Ephesians 4:11-13.
Restorationist
We are committed to the dual restoration of Israel and the Church. We believe that the modern-day restoration of the Jewish people to the Land of Israel and to faith in Yeshua is central to God’s end-time purposes. Parallel to Israel’s restoration, God is restoring the Church to its full stature in Messiah. We embrace our unity with our Arab Christian brothers in the Middle East and labor with them to see the salvation of both the Jewish and Arab peoples (John 17:21).
Messianic Jewish
We seek to impart to our Israeli students a balanced understanding of Judaism and its traditions to equip them to make Biblically informed applications in the context of Messianic Jewish ministry in Israel.
Revivalist
We embrace the moves of the Holy Spirit from Pentecost (Shavuot) to the Great Awakenings of the eighteenth century to the modern Pentecostal-Charismatic movement and more recent global revivals. We pray for God’s fresh outpouring of His Spirit in Israel, the Middle East, around the world.

A Unique Study Concept
The pressures on young Israelis demands a flexible program for busy students. JBI has created a modern learning environment in which students can work and study simultaneously.
Our online courses are delivered by the latest state-of-the-art technology that allows students to study at their own pace (watch video sessions during free time) and still be actively engaged in the collaborative learning experience.
The course videos are supported by bi-weekly evening Zoom meetings with the course teacher and in-person group meetings that take place every other Friday and on long weekends every six weeks.

Dr. Daniel Juster
Visionary
Co-Founder
Dan is one of the fathers of the modern Messianic Jewish movement. He has been involved in establishing three Messianic Jewish schools and a unique degree-track program in Messianic Jewish studies at The King’s University in Dallas, Texas.
Zvi Randelman
President and CEO
Zvi immigrated to Israel in 1974. He received a Msc.in biochemistry and has studied at Elim Bible Institute. Zvi established several successful companies and founded and pastored three Messianic Jewish congregations in Jerusalem over the last 35 years. Zvi has a heart for the broken and pioneered and directed a residential drug rehabilitation center in Jerusalem. He presently serves on the eldership team of a Jerusalem messianic congregation.
Dr. Michael Brown: (US-Based)
Director of Spiritual Renewal and Apologetics
Dr. Brown earned his Ph.D. at New York University. He is a leading Messianic Jewish and cultural apologist, a revivalist, Director of the Fire School of Ministry, and the former Director of the Brownsville Bible College and Messiah Biblical Institute. .
Eli Dorfman
Program Director
Eli has 20 years of pastoral and counseling experience in one of the fastest-growing and largest Messianic networks in Israel. He received his M.A. in Jewish studies from the Schechter Institute in Jerusalem, and an MBA from Kassel Management School in Germany. Eli has extensive managerial experience working for a German business school and teaches management in the MBA program. Eli pastors a congregation that meets in the historic Christ Church in Jerusalem's Old City.
Dr. Akiva Cohen
Academic Dean
Akiva earned his Ph.D. at Tel Aviv University. Akiva’s doctoral dissertation on Matthew and the Mishnah was published by Mohr Siebeck. Akiva has taught at both the University, College, and congregational levels in Israel for many years. His focus is training the next generation of Israelis to be agents of cultural transformation. He is the director of the Matsliakh Discipleship program for faith and culture.
